What we are going to do…
In this mini-workshop we will focus on specific stretching and relaxation exercises for the legs and lower body. The focus is clearly wellbeing, improvement of circulation and applicability.
There are many different ways and techniques how to stretch. We will focus on a health based passive stretching approach. In the course of this workshop you will learn exactly how to get safely in and out of the poses and you will see two different ways to do the exercises. One that is very easily accessible and takes around 15 min for one cycle for the quick everyday support of ones health and agility.
The second using the same positions but a different approach that takes you deeper into the stretch, allows you to progress with your flexibility over time and can take you into deep relaxation.
At the beginning we will go over some important theory so that you know exactly how and why to do things and the bigger, practical part.
To keep it simple and compact we will only focus on 6 important muscle groups.

Every regular healthy person is welcome to participate. This workshop is no therapy and is not a substitute to visit your trusted health professional, doctor or therapist in case of serious ailments. If you had surgery of any kind within the past 2 months you cannot participate. In case of severe ostheoporosis or if you have artificial joints participation is also not possible.
