This is the shortest certification program based on “Beyond Systems” approach that we offer. It’s core is a 1 month intensive training that can be used as a stand alone personal development tool for those who want to take their life and well-being to the next level. If you want to take it one step further there is a 2nd part that focuses on repetition of everything learned in the primary training and adds specific knowledge and methods to elevate your abilities to not just apply what you’ve learned in your own life but also share this knowledge and train others in it in the form of shorter workshops.
This step by step process makes this training ideal for those who want to dive deep into self development and create a solid foundation that is compatible with many other methods out there as well as for those who want to share their passion about increased well-being and elevated use of individual potential with others in the form of workshops and courses.
Goal of the toolkit training and target audience
The goal of the toolkit series is to provide interested individuals (no matter their background) with a well rounded way to optimize their daily life, well-being and even goals and development. It is designed to elevate mood and vibration, balance stress and support grounding as well as physical strength, mobility and recovery.
Instead of pure mindless execution of exercises the aspect of understanding both body, mind, emotions and even energy and consciousness is in the forefront.
The training is a wonderful “Base Practice” that can fit in ones day to enhance life with a mid to long term focus in mind. In other words whether it serves as a means to balance stress from relationships, school, or work, aids in recovery from physically demanding training, or is used as a low impact way to keep the body healthy in longer phases of sedentary lifestyle in younger years, or it is used as a means to stay mentally clear, physically agile and of elevated energy later in life, the tools and understanding about oneself gained from the training will help you do that.

body centered meditation (as a foundation to consciousness development on all levels)

energetic anatomy and function (energy channels, chakras, energetic fields, etc..)

Ba Duan Jin Qigong (a simple chinese exercise set that is a great asset to balance the hormone system, balance emotions and mood, increase mental clarity and foster grounding and stability both physically, energetically and psychologically)
interacting with nature in ways that stabilize and harmonize body, mind and emotions
basic pressure point techniques for balance and wellbeing
how to integrate the methods and tools learned in ones life to create a strong adaptable foundation for growth, well-being and being in general
Duration and structure:
Module 1 (primary in person)
29 days with a total of 203 hrs of training
This module can be attended individually.
Repetition and consolidation calls
3x 1 day (5 hrs) via zoom
These calls can be booked separately for module 1 participants. If you are moving on to module 2 80% attendance on these calls is required over a period of a minimum of 6 months
Module 2 (repetition & trainer elements in person)
20 days with a total of 140 hrs training plus exam
Prerequisite is completed “module 1” and 80% attendance in repetition and consolidation calls.

This extremely comprehensive training container applies Beyond Systems principles to a variety of areas regarding health, well-being, personal growth, consciousness development, spiritual development, mindset, emotional balance, self care, recovery, success, natural movement, holistic training, natural posture, expression, mobility and flexibility training and more. It is a mix of both practical and theoretical training and is based on the application of fundamental principles of body, mind, emotions, and consciousness.
We combine traditional methods, ancient knowledge (as far as it still applies) and state of the art research and scientific findings into a comprehensive quite diverse training that is based in experience.
The training groups are deliberately small (6 to maximum 10 participants per class) to ensure that highly individual work is possible and everyone’s questions and potentially different starting points can be taken into account.
Everyone learns slightly different and everyone starts at a different place. On top of that, the motivations and in an even bigger picture intentions in life in general are different. One of the key aspects of Beyond Systems is to allow for the evolvement of people on their and into their authentic paths. Because of the high importance of individual expression the structure of the course is such that it allows for the required adaptations. This means that a minimum structure of what large topic group comes after which is being maintained and there is a basic scale of higher and higher levels, however the exact order of topic cross links and how much time will be spend with each topic in particular will be dependent on the specific group constellations and all individuals involved. This way it becomes a rather natural, partially self-organizing co-creation as opposed to a strict step one to five and A-Z structure. Considering that the topic in general has to do deeply with life, the process of learning is as close to it as possible. This in itself is a very specific approach and it’s important to be aware of it from the start.
Although the program is designed with personal growth in mind, which is also one of the reasons why it spans across several years, upon completion of all modules and the closing exams you will receive the certification to teach and officially work with the Beyond Systems approach.

The program in short

Fly High Yoga Teacher Training 50hrs+
Fly High Yoga is a progressive, fun, incredibly diverse aerial Yoga style founded by Jose Luis Jimenez who devised the method based on his extensive experience as Iyengar Yoga instructor. Most poses are done either with partial or complete support of a “belt” that hangs from the ceiling and allows for fully supported inversions, great mobility, alignment and even strength work. Originally Fly High Yoga was designed to deepen and expand ones regular Yoga practice, allowing for faster understanding of certain poses. Over the years it underwent an evolution adding hundreds of additional poses and diversifying it further as Jose always encouraged instructors with other backgrounds to use the method and expand it with their knowledge. The result nowadays is a versatile, fun and easily accessible method that can be used as an expansion of a regular standing Yoga practice or as a complete stand alone tool to support natural alignment, mobility and strength.
Looking at it from a Beyond Systems perspective the Fly High training I offer has an additional layer regarding biomechanical reprogramming as well as it’s potential use to break out of stuck mental or emotional patterns and re-calibrate towards more creativity and a relaxed joyful state of mind.
In the Fly High Yoga teacher training you will learn all about the base poses, how to safely bring yourself and others into the belt, help them with inversions, how to design a fun Fly High Yoga class and bring your individuality and creativity into your work with students.
It is valid as advanced training for those with a regular Yoga Alliance certification.
