The practice is a great add on tool to ones regular Yoga practice to learn about alignment and postures structurally in a deeper way and has the potential to add aspects that wouldn’t be attainable without supported inversions. Jose always encourages the growth and expansion of the method as long s it is aligned with the highest standards of serving peoples growth and expansion both physically, psychologically and spiritually in a positive way.
