1 week retreat to re-charge and re-connect


late summer - early fall 2024


A plethora of energy and vitality all the while feeling truly oneself, agile motivated and connected with oneself and life in general! Who isn’t down for that?

The level of energy we have is often determining factor of our state whether that be physical, mental emotional or even spiritual. All life processes run much better when we are in a state of elevated energy since it literally gives us more “room to maneuver" and adapt structurally and emotionally which both are tightly linked to creativity as well as mental clarity.

Like movement, or breath, managing ones energy levels to be elevated is one of those pivotal points to a happy and healthy life and the good news is that it is fairly easy to build and maintain energy when we just keep a couple small things in mind.


This retreat is specifically designed with the focus on building your energy and bringing your body back in a state of vitality to support and maintain this new energy level.

Among others the following methods will be essential part of the training:

  • somatic stretching - a focus on opening the structure, decreasing pressure and balancing tension while releasing trapped stagnant energy and improving flow (a prerequisite to building more energy physically. this also regulates the nervous system and improves physical stability and grace

  • body centered meditation - with a special focus on building energy while also improving present awareness, self confidence, calming the mind, supporting clarity and expanding ones consciousness

  • specific Qigong exercises - the combination of flowing movement and regulated breath effects the connective tissue (which is essential in increasing bio-electricity), supports grounding and regulates emotions and the nervous system

  • resting and recovering poses - that both build energy fast due to the combination of postural balance and breathing as well as support mid to long-term positive influences on posture and movement

  • movement hygiene - a short set of simple exercises that support the bodies balance, tension patterns and flow as well as build awareness which facilitates our ability to quickly dissolve unwanted and unnecessary tension when it arises no matter it’s origin

  • beyond this the retreat will be filled with nuggets of information about

    • the fundamental nature of emotions and how this helps us to deal with them more efficiently aka be able to choose ones state more effectively

    • recalibration tools you can use with almost zero effort throughout the day as well as either morning or evenings in bed to start and close the day with an extra boost of good

    • the use of breath to build energy and release if necessary (fundamentals)

    • ways to balance ones circadian rhythm, improve sleep and individualized ways to re-connect with oneself throughout the day

    • perspectives on food both type, quality, timing etc.

    • the use of external support either through nature, gadgets, technology to boost ones energy levels


All in all a full week with long lunch breaks to chill, enjoy add some more sleep and integrate with a group of like minded people and a lot of fun.

The chosen version will depend on several factors like weather, geographic location (mountain or ocean-side), month and participants needs.


costs: workshop € 920 per person // accommodation location dependent to be announced

requirements: there are no special requirements and no previous knowledge is required. Everyone starting from the age of 18 who is in a normal state of physical and mental health can apply.
